RETURNS POLICY
We will be happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Goods purchased online must be returned to us in perfect condition in order for us to process an exchange or refund.

The credit card used with its original purchase will be created with the original price within 30 days of your order provided that the goods purchased by you are received by us in the condition they were sent out to you.
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any parcels lost in transit.
Permanent Jewellery - Our returns policy ensures you are completely satisfied before any welding work begins. Once the welding is completed, all sales are final due to the personalised nature of the service. Any resizing at a later date will have a small fee. However if you was to accidentally snap the bracelet/Anklet at the jump ring we will be happy to reweld it for you for free for up to 6 months. After this a small fee will be charged.
